• Operational Data: As part of the OCPI handshake and data exchange, we process information regarding Locations, EVSEs, Tariffs, and Tokens.

1.2 Information we collect from your use of our services

• Log Data: We collect server logs which may include IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device information (including device and application IDs), search terms, and cookie information.
• Transaction Data: For billing and roaming settlement, we process Charge Detail Records (CDRs) which contain timestamps, meter values, and charging session identifiers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Facilitate the technical connection (OCPI handshake) between CPOs and eMSPs.
• Process billing and settlements for roaming sessions.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security breaches.
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. This includes:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest using AES-256.

• Roaming Partners: To facilitate EV charging roaming, strictly necessary data (like Token IDs or Location data) is shared with connected CPOs or eMSPs in accordance with the OCPI protocol.
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and support tools that help us operate Open Charge Network ™.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights.
